We do not sell your personal data. We share data with: payment processors (M-Pesa/Safaricom) to process transactions; law enforcement when legally required; service providers who help operate the platform under strict confidentiality.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, CSRF protection, and secure sessions. However, no system is completely secure.

We retain your data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged after 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years per Kenyan tax regulations.
