1. Acceptance

By using LinkUp, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Access to the Hookup module requires separate age confirmation.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post false or misleading information; harass other users; use the platform for illegal activities; scrape or mine data; create multiple accounts; impersonate another person; post explicit content outside designated areas.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via M-Pesa or other supported methods. Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Subscription features are available for the purchased duration only.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant LinkUp a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LinkUp, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Kenya. You agree to attempt informal resolution before legal proceedings.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkUp is not responsible for the actions of users. We do not guarantee matches or outcomes. Use the platform at your own risk and always follow our Safety Tips.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
